Role Description

This is a part time, remote role, India, for an Email Outreach & Etsy Store Assistant supporting the Rug Export Business. Responsibilities include managing email communications with clients, assisting in growing the Etsy store by creating and updating product listings, processing online orders, performing inventory management, and handling customer inquiries. The role requires maintaining organized correspondence, providing excellent service to both international and local customers, and supporting retail sales initiatives. The assistant will also collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate representation of products online.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation or data research
• Experience with email marketing or cold outreach
• Familiarity with tools like Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Brevo
• Basic knowledge of Etsy SEO (preferred)
• Good written English

Bonus:

• Experience in export / B2B sales
• Experience in home décor / rugs

Responsibilities:

• Research and extract potential buyer data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and business directories

• Identify decision-makers (purchasing managers, sourcing managers, buyers)

• Use tools like Snov.io (or similar) to find and verify email addresses

• Build and maintain organized lead databases (Excel/CSV)

• Execute email outreach campaigns (30–50 emails/day)

• Personalize emails and manage follow-ups

• Track responses and maintain communication records

• • Assist with Etsy store setup and management (product listings, SEO, basic queries)

🔹 Trial Task:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to find 20 relevant buyers and prepare a sample outreach email.
