OverviewWe’re looking for a specialist in email-first growth who can design and scale high-performing outbound and lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS, etc.).
This role is focused on pipeline generation, deliverability, personalization, and conversion—not just sending campaigns.
What You’ll Own1. Email Marketing (Core Focus)- Build and scale cold email + lifecycle campaigns
- Own deliverability (domain setup, warmup, inbox placement)
- Continuously improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions
- Write and test high-performing email copy (personalized at scale)
2. Omnichannel Outbound Systems- Design workflows across email + LinkedIn + other touchpoints
- Build sequences that feel human, not spammy
- Orchestrate timing, messaging, and follow-ups across channels
3. Personalization at Scale- Use tools like Clay, Apollo, enrichment APIs
- Create dynamic personalization (not just {{first_name}} level)
- Build segments based on intent, firmographics, and behavior
4. Campaign Experimentation- Run structured experiments on:
- Subject lines
- Copy angles
- CTAs
- Channel mix
- Optimize based on data, not guesswork
5. Tools & Automation- Manage tools like:
- Smartlead / Instantly / Lemlist
- Apollo / Clay
- CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Build scalable outbound infrastructure
6. Performance OwnershipYou’re responsible for:
- Reply rates
- Meeting booking rate
- Pipeline generated
- Deliverability health
RequirementsMust-Have- 2–5+ years in cold email / outbound growth
- Strong experience with email deliverability (this is non-negotiable)
- Hands-on with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay
- Proven track record of generating meetings/pipeline via outbound
- Strong copywriting skills (short-form, conversion-focused)
Nice to Have- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools
- Experience in B2B SaaS / agency / outbound-heavy setups
- Understanding of GTM systems and funnels
