About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
- Create engaging email copies, newsletters, and promotional content
- Manage customer segmentation and email automation workflows
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
- Improve email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and campaign optimization
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Email Marketing
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools
- Good understanding of customer engagement strategies
- Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce marketing will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
