About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
• Create engaging email copies, newsletters, and promotional content
• Manage customer segmentation and email automation workflows
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
• Improve email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines and campaign optimization
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
• Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Email Marketing
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools
• Good understanding of customer engagement strategies
• Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and content writing skills
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce marketing will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
