What will you do?
- Ensure timely delivery of email projects with high quality.
- Analyze project requests and advise on marketing initiatives.
- Work with Project/Account Management teams to exceed quality benchmarks.
- Onboard new services and conduct training workshops.
- Manage end-to-end project management, liaising between the PM/AM layer and the execution team.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and meet key metrics consistently.
- Manage delivery of 1:1 and 1 to many Emails, Fragments, Modules, and responsive templates.
- Establish strong client relationships, manage change requests, and track team activities.
- Drive design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics and dashboards.
- Monitor project baseline and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Identify productivity improvements and guide the team in technical and domain aspects.
- Publish status reports and identify gaps with action plans.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Generate and execute an onboarding, training, and skill-building plan for new team members.
What will you need?
- 6 years of minimum working experience on any Marketing Automation Platform (SFMC/Eloqua/Marketo/Adobe Campaign)
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and align on priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills, platform knowledge, and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, project management) to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain updated documentation for team reference.
- Ensure team compliance with organizational processes, security protocols, and quality standards.
