Role Description
TJC is seeking a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for implementing email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, managing email automation workflows, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven strategies. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to optimize communications and contribute to lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience in Lead Generation strategies and customer engagement practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, creativity, and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
