About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling leader in the B2B SaaS and digital growth ecosystem, we empower enterprise teams with data-driven marketing automation and customer journey orchestration. Our remote-first team builds high-impact email campaigns that convert, nurture, and retain global audiences—leveraging behavioral targeting, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive measurable ROI across industries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy automated email workflows (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement, drip) using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
- Segment audiences dynamically using behavioral data, CRM signals, and lifecycle stages to personalize messaging at scale.
- Optimize subject lines, CTAs, layout, and send times through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to lift open, click, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to align email content with product launches, feature updates, and pipeline goals.
- Monitor KPIs (deliverability, bounce rate, unsubscribes, ROI) and implement corrective actions to maintain list health and inbox placement.
- Integrate email analytics with Google Analytics, Segment, or Snowflake to tie campaign performance to downstream revenue metrics.
