Email Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute outbound and lifecycle email campaigns end-to-end.
You’ll be responsible for building targeted prospect databases, running high-performing email sequences, and continuously optimising campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end email campaigns, from list building to copywriting, execution, and optimisation
- Build and manage outbound sequences/cadences across tools like Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot
- Scrape, research, and enrich prospect data to create high-quality, targeted databases
- Conduct market and account research to identify ideal customer profiles and messaging angles
- Write compelling, personalised email copy that drives replies and conversions
- Analyse campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and iterate quickly
- Collaborate with founders/sales to align messaging with GTM priorities
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot (or similar outbound/automation platforms)
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, sequencing, and outbound best practices
- Experience in data scraping, enrichment, and building lead databases from scratch
- Ability to conduct structured market research and translate insights into campaigns
- Excellent writing skills-clear, concise, and conversion-focused
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and iteration
- Understanding of CRM workflows and sales handoffs
