Job Summary
Shriram General Insurance is seeking a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The role involves developing targeted email strategies, managing customer communication, improving engagement rates, and supporting lead generation and customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Develop engaging email content, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer communication workflows.
- Segment customer databases and personalize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize email templates, subject lines, and campaign strategies through A/B testing.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with branding, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create effective campaigns.
- Maintain and manage email marketing tools, customer lists, and automation workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the insurance, BFSI, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and customer retention strategies.
