Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing tools, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote RupeeQ’s products and services
• Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• A/B test subject lines, content, and email layouts for better performance
• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creative assets
• Maintain and update email databases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in fintech or BFSI industry
• Knowledge of CRM tools and automation workflows
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
