Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for executing and managing email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing email marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance metrics, leveraging marketing automation tools, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure consistent and effective messaging will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and managing customer acquisition funnels
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry trends and email marketing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in email marketing or digital marketing is preferred
