Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Email Marketing Specialist. The role involves designing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing email lists, and optimizing email workflows using marketing automation tools. The specialist will analyze campaign performance, generate leads through targeted email strategies, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
- Experience in Lead Generation and developing targeted email strategies
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and crafting compelling email content
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to email marketing, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
