Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns tailored to different client industries
- Plan, create, and manage email content including newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip sequences, and automated workflows
- Segment email lists to improve targeting, personalization, and engagement rates
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times)
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Ensure compliance with global email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align messaging and branding
- Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene
- Set up and manage automation workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement campaigns, etc.)
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and continuously improve performance strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Solid knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices and spam regulations
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with international clients (Australia, US, UK markets)
- Background in digital marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing
- Experience in outsourcing/staffing and recruiting companies
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Email open rates and click-through rates
- Conversion rates and revenue attribution
- List growth and engagement levels
- Campaign ROI and performance improvements
- Automation efficiency and lead nurturing success
