Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Email Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing email marketing software, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization. They will develop content for emails, monitor KPIs, implement automation workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and nurture leads.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and experience with Marketing Automation tools
• Strong skills in Marketing Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively
• Expertise in Lead Generation strategies and identifying growth opportunities through targeted campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills to craft compelling email content and collaborate effectively with teams
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with basic HTML and design principles is a plus
• Experience in managing audience segmentation and customer journey strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
