Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting email lists, creating and scheduling campaigns, and managing automated workflows. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and apply insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. This role collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams to align email content with broader lead generation and customer engagement goals. The Email Marketing Specialist is expected to maintain best practices in deliverability, compliance, and branding while consistently refining email strategies.
Qualifications
- Marketing Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and report on campaign effectiveness
- Strong Communication abilities to create clear, engaging email content and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead Generation experience to design email campaigns that nurture prospects and support sales pipelines
- Hands-on expertise with Marketing Automation tools to build workflows, triggers, and lifecycle campaigns
