🚀 We’re Hiring: Email Marketing Executive (Lead Generation – US Market)

We are looking for a result-driven Email Marketing Executive with experience in lead generation for the US market, specifically for Web Development & App Development services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting the US market
• Generate qualified leads for Web & App Development services
• Build and manage email databases and contact lists
• Create engaging email copies, templates, and subject lines
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions)
• Ensure email deliverability and maintain sender reputation
• Coordinate with the sales team for prospect follow-ups
• Use tools for bulk emailing, automation, and lead tracking
• Maintain CRM data and campaign records
• Stay updated with email marketing trends and compliance standards
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Experience in US market lead generation
✔ Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
✔ Strong understanding of cold email outreach and automation
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills
✔ Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
🎯 Preferred Candidate:
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation
• Experience in IT services/domain-based outreach is a plus
