Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Email Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads. Key tasks include creating email templates, managing mailing lists, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing email content, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement marketing strategies effectively. The role also involves monitoring lead generation efforts and ensuring seamless marketing automation processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and expertise in Marketing Automation
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and data interpretation to optimize campaigns
- Excellent Communication skills with a focus on crafting engaging and persuasive email content
- Experience in Lead Generation and managing targeted engagement strategies
- Familiarity with best practices for email deliverability and compliance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or a digital marketing environment is a plus
