Role Description
Crossbeats is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on E-mail Marketing Specialist to join our E-Commerce team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns (emails/SMS and performance marketing). You will create, implement, analyze, and report on new strategies (segments, workflows, A/B test) to improve business KPIs.
This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce and work closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure best-in-class digital marketing campaigns. This role is based in our Bangalore office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Oversee and manage B2C email marketing campaigns from start-to-finish, including strategy, content calendar, content development, deployment and reporting.
2) Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including email/SMS, search, shopping, and display.
3) Preview and test all email/SMS and paid social campaigns.
4) Responsible for campaign testing, planning and execution.
5) Analyze and deliver email creative performance reporting.
6) Oversee email testing process including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and reporting.
7) Stay abreast of and follow industry news and email marketing best practice regarding testing, automation, personalization, and deliverability.
8) Implement emails, sms, push notifications and popups on tools such as: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Recart. Privy, Justuno and others based on the requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in email marketing management using Klaviyo.
- At least 2+ years of experience with graphic design or content creation platforms such as Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and apply aesthetic and creative direction, ensuring email designs are on brand.
- Strong proficiency in writing compelling email copy.
- Must be Klaviyo Certified.

Good to Have:
1) Experience of at least five years in marketing or sales roles
2) Working experience in the e-commerce and email marketing domain
3) Knowledge of tools such as Slack, Clickup, Zoom, Loom, Klaviyo, Shopify, Privy, Justuno, Postscript and Recart
4) Experience with international markets such as the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Rest of Europe
