Job Overview:
ClicksYou is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of email automation, campaign strategy, and performance optimization to help generate leads and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Create engaging email content and subject lines
- Manage email automation and lead nurturing workflows
- Segment email lists based on target audience and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign results
- Maintain and update email databases
- Ensure emails follow brand and marketing guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and conversions
- Optimize email campaigns for better performance and ROI
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Good understanding of email automation and campaign strategy
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of lead generation and marketing funnels
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools

- Basic design understanding (Canva or email templates)
