Purpose
You own lifecycle marketing across Valerie's partner brands building and optimising automated flows and campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and long-term brand loyalty. This role sits at the intersection of creative instinct and data-driven strategy, ensuring every email and SMS touchpoint tells a compelling brand story while delivering measurable commercial results.
Accountabilities
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution
- Architect end-to-end automated journeys welcome, nurture, abandon, post-purchase, and win-back tailored to each brand's funnel stage and commercial goals
- Define segmentation and personalisation logic
- Build and maintain campaign calendars aligned to product drops, promotions, and seasonal moments
- Lead A/B testing roadmaps across content, timing, and design to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion
- Collaborate with Paid and CRO teams to ensure consistent messaging and offer sequencing across channels
Creative Collaboration
- Brief, review, and QA email and SMS assets with the Creative Unit for brand consistency and performance
- Partner with copywriters and designers to translate lifecycle strategy into compelling visual storytelling
- Ensure all templates adhere to brand tone, emotion palette, and UX principles set by the Creative COE
Data & Performance
- Own lifecycle KPIs open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, flow contribution to total revenue, LTV, and CAC:CLTV ratio
- Conduct monthly audits and report weekly/monthly performance to Pods and COE leadership with clear insights and next experiments
- Maintain dashboards across Klaviyo, Omnisend, Triple Whale, and GA4
- Partner with the Data COE to develop predictive segmentation models (churn probability, next-purchase prediction)
AI & Innovation
- Test and deploy AI-driven tools for segmentation, predictive send times, subject line generation, and content optimisation
- Build and maintain prompt libraries for automated campaign generation aligned to brand aesthetics
- Contribute to Valerie's AI Agent development and document best practices in the COE Knowledge Hub
Operational Excellence
- Maintain ESP hygiene across Klaviyo and Omnisend — lists, segments, templates, tags, and naming conventions
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM across all client accounts
You Bring
- 3+ years lifecycle/EDM marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce
- Proven Klaviyo expertise; experience with Omnisend, Active Campaign, or similar ESPs
- Strong grasp of segmentation strategy, customer psychology, and funnel-based thinking
- Ability to brief creatives effectively and uphold brand standards under pressure
- Analytical mindset — comfortable in GA4, Triple Whale, and building performance dashboards
- HTML/CSS knowledge for template editing; SQL/JS a bonus
- Experience in a performance agency or startup environment is a plus
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating lifecycle strategy and results

Agentic AI
Our Product Team creates a prompt template from user (staff) instructions, action group, and knowledge bases. Then, leverages AI further to enhance and refine user experience. Staff may also update (modify) parts of the user input, orchestration plan directly, and the Agents response memory. With the ability to modify the prompt template, you gain better control over the AI Agent orchestration. Then based on the results, Agents will come up with recommendations and those will be reviewed by our product team and management. They continue to repeat their process, but the learnings are automatically being added into the prompt.
