🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing & Lead Generation Lead to own and scale our B2B demand generation engine. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue impact through strategic email marketing and advanced lead generation tools.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end B2B email marketing strategy & execution
- Drive high-quality lead generation for North American markets
- Build and optimize automation, drip, and nurture campaigns
- Leverage lead generation tools & platforms to scale outreach
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
- Track and optimize KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team from the ground up
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B Email Marketing & Lead Generation experience
- Proven success in North America market lead generation
- Strong expertise in:
- Email automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Lead generation platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- CRM & analytics tools
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, segmentation & targeting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
