Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Email Marketing role focused on supporting Wondr’s B2B event initiatives. The Email Marketing professional will plan, build, and execute email campaigns to promote events, nurture leads, and increase attendee engagement. Daily tasks include drafting copy, segmenting email lists, setting up campaigns in email marketing software, and scheduling sends. The role involves using marketing automation tools to create workflows, monitor performance, and refine campaigns based on data insights. This team member will collaborate with event, sales, and marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Email Marketing Software skills, including experience creating campaigns, managing lists, and optimising email templates.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Marketing Analytics to build workflows, track performance, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead Generation and Communication skills to create compelling messages, nurture prospects, and support event-driven sales goals.
- Ability to analyse campaign data, run A/B tests, and make data-informed recommendations.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or professional services, is beneficial.
- Strong written English skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with email best practices and compliance (e.g., unsubscribe, consent).
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time environment and collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.
