Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert with strong experience in Klaviyo, specializing in D2C/B2C lifecycle marketing across email and SMS channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven campaigns and automation.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Campaign Management
• Plan, create, and execute email & SMS campaigns (promotions, launches, newsletters)
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle (brief → design → execution → analysis)
• Optimize send time, frequency, and targeting
📌 Automation & Flows (Klaviyo)
• Build and optimize automated flows, including:
• Welcome series
• Abandoned cart
• Browse abandonment
• Post-purchase flows
• Win-back / re-engagement
• Implement segmentation-based automation strategies
📌 Audience Segmentation
• Create advanced customer segments based on:
• Behavior (purchase, browsing)
• Lifecycle stage
• Engagement levels
• Personalize communication for higher conversions
📌 Performance & Analytics
• Track and improve KPIs:
• Open rate, CTR, conversion rate
• Revenue per recipient
• Customer LTV
• Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, offers)
• Generate actionable insights and reports
📌 SMS Marketing
• Plan and execute SMS campaigns
• Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out regulations
• Integrate SMS with email journeys
📌 Collaboration
• Work closely with design, content, and performance teams
• Coordinate with eCommerce teams (Shopify, etc.)
Requirements
✅ Must Have
• 2–5+ years of experience in Email Marketing (D2C/B2C)
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
• Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Knowledge of email deliverability & best practices
✅ Good to Have
• Experience with tools like:
• Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
• Understanding of CRM & CDP tools
