Role Description
We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive for a full-time on-site position at our Jaipur location. The primary responsibility of this role is to strategize, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling promotional content, analyze campaign performance, and optimize email communication strategies to increase customer engagement and conversions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and optimize campaign strategies
- Proficient in Marketing and Sales to align email campaigns with business growth targets
- Excellent Communication skills to craft engaging and impactful written content
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or e-commerce marketing is a plus
