Job Summary:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive who can create, design, and execute engaging email campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with email tools, has a creative eye for design, and can use AI tools to build high-quality email templates and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, launches).
- Design visually appealing email creatives using tools like Canva or similar.
- Build email templates using drag-and-drop editors or basic HTML.
- Use AI tools to generate subject lines, content ideas, and layouts.
- Set up and send campaigns using platforms such as NetCore, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar ones.
- Assist in setting up basic automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.).
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines and creatives.
- Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content and campaign requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Basic understanding of email campaigns and automation.
- Strong design sense and ability to create email creatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and design support.
- Good attention to detail and execution skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML for emails
- Experience in e-commerce or the fashion industry
- Understanding of email performance metrics
