Job Title: - Email Marketing Executive (Lead Generation)
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute email
campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion. The ideal candidate should have
hands-on experience in creating email templates, using automation tools, and working with
platforms like Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation

Responsibilities:
*Email Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better open and conversion rates
*Email Template Creation:
Design and develop engaging, high-converting email templates
Personalize email content based on target audience segments
*Lead Generation:
Identify and build targeted prospect lists using tools like Snov.io, Apollo.io, and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Execute outbound email strategies to generate qualified leads
*Email Automation:
Set up and manage automated email sequences and drip campaigns
Optimize workflows for nurturing leads through the sales funnel
*Tool Utilization:
Effectively use platforms like Snov.io, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for
prospecting and outreach
Maintain clean and updated email databases
*Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on performance insights
*Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all email campaigns comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations
Maintain email deliverability and sender reputation
Skills Required:
1–3 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation
Hands-on experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms
Familiarity with Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics
