Role Description The Email Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, creating, and scheduling promotional and transactional emails. Responsibilities include segmenting audiences, setting up automated journeys, optimizing subject lines and content, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring daily collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute Customer Lifecycle & Retention Journeys
• Reactivate Dormant & Inactive Users via Email & WhatsApp Automation
• Create Multichannel Campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, Web Push)
• Manage Customer Segmentation & Personalization Strategies
• Conduct A/B Testing for Open Rate, CTR & Conversion Optimization
• Track Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Repeat Purchase Ratio & CLV
• Prepare Performance Reports with Revenue Impact Insights
• Coordinate with the Growth, Product & Content Teams
