What You’ll Do:
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize email and outbound lead generation campaigns
- Build targeted campaigns aligned with ICPs, personas, and GTM strategies
- Manage campaign workflows, calendars, and prospect databases using tools like Apollo and Snov.io
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve campaign efficiency
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Build and manage scalable automation workflows
- Work extensively with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Maintain audience segmentation, lifecycle stages, and contact databases
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor and improve key metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, reply rates, meetings booked, and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Ensure email deliverability best practices including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox health, and domain setup
- Analyze campaign data using Google Sheets/Excel and share actionable insights
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation campaigns, GTM strategy, email marketing, or paid marketing channels
- Proven ability to independently manage a channel end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and optimization
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

- Experience with Apollo, Snov.io, and outbound prospecting tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
- Understanding of email deliverability and infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple sending domains and inbox health
