Role Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated, execution-focused, and results-driven Email Lead Generation & Sales Executive for a freelance remote role. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth and expanding Kopfus AI’s global client base.
The individual will be responsible for building a scalable outbound engine from identifying high-quality prospects to designing and executing high-converting email campaigns. This includes conducting deep market research, defining and targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs), creating structured lead databases, and executing personalized outreach strategies.
The role requires strong ownership across the entire outbound funnel, including prospecting, messaging, experimentation, optimization, and conversion. You will work closely with the leadership team to refine positioning, communicate Kopfus AI’s unique value proposition effectively, and continuously improve outreach performance through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilites:
- Build and manage end-to-end lead generation systems, including sourcing, validating, and maintaining high-quality prospect databases
- Identify and define target markets based on Kopfus AI’s ICP, including startups, SaaS companies, and enterprises requiring rapid product development
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-intent prospects, emerging opportunities, and relevant industry segments
- Design and execute high-converting cold email sequences, including personalization strategies tailored to different customer segments
- Clearly articulate and position Kopfus AI’s USP (Agentic Sprint Model, AI-driven execution, 10x faster delivery) in outreach campaigns
- Continuously optimize outreach performance through A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and sequencing strategies
- Use and manage email warm-up tools, deliverability systems, and outreach platforms to ensure high inbox placement and campaign effectiveness
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, conversions, and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategies based on campaign insights
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-ups
- Contribute to revenue growth by consistently generating qualified leads and opportunities
Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in lead generation and outbound sales, with a strong track record of building scalable pipelines
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing end-to-end prospect databases aligned with defined ICPs
- Strong skills in market research and opportunity identification across global markets
- Proven experience in writing high-performing cold email sequences and outreach strategies
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance
- Proficiency in using email outreach tools, warm-up tools, and deliverability optimization techniques
- Strong ability to communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and performance analytics
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes in a remote environment
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or technology sales is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Compensation and Incentives :
This is a performance-driven freelance opportunity designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
- Compensation is commission-based in USD, directly tied to deals closed
