Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Email Content Writer. The Email Content Writer will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective email campaigns, developing targeted email content strategies, conducting research to enhance content relevance, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to align email communications with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled Email Content Writer who specialises in B2B email campaigns for web development services (especially WordPress).
Note: This role is strictly for email campaign writing.
We are NOT looking for blog/content/article writers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1) Write high-converting cold emails & follow-up sequences.
2) Create email campaigns for lead generation (B2B).
3) Develop email funnels for WordPress & web development services.
4) Craft personalized outreach emails for potential clients.
5) Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email performance.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B email content writer.
Strong understanding of cold outreach & lead generation
Experience writing for digital agencies / WordPress / web development services
Ability to write conversion-focused emails (not generic content)
Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, etc. is a plus.
