Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email and chat support channels
Respond to customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist in resolving basic issues and escalating complex cases when required
Maintain accurate communication records and support documentation

Manage multiple conversations while ensuring service quality

Freshers and students are welcome
Good written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
