Role Overview:
We are looking for an Email & Chat Process Intern who can handle customer interactions effectively through written communication channels. This role provides in-depth exposure to customer support operations, communication management, and service delivery standards in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, solution-oriented responses
* Maintain detailed logs of interactions, queries, and resolutions
* Follow communication templates, SOPs, and service guidelines
* Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant teams
* Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes or responses
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and response efficiency
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
* Strong written communication skills in English
* Good typing speed and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of customer service principles
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling queries
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
* Prior experience in customer support or similar roles (optional)
* Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, or chat platforms
* Basic understanding of ticketing systems and support workflows
* Exposure to customer handling or communication-based roles
