Job Description
Inficore Soft is looking for a dedicated Email & Chat Process Intern to support our customer communication team. The intern will handle customer queries through email and chat, provide timely responses, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex queries when required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and responses.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Assist the team in maintaining high-quality customer support standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Required Skills
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of email handling and chat support tools.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
