Inficore Soft is looking for an Email and Chat Support Intern who can handle customer interactions professionally and ensure smooth communication across digital channels. This role provides hands-on experience in customer support, communication handling, and issue resolution in a real-time environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain clear, professional, and helpful communication with users
