E-Relationship Associates for a
Non-Voice Email & Chat Support process.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through
email and chat, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining good customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Email & Chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional written communication.

Eligibility
