Role Overview
As an Email and Chat Process Intern, you will be part of our customer support and communication team, handling client interactions through email and chat platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in professional communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to improve response quality and efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, IT, or related fields
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Familiarity with email and chat support tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
