In this exciting role, you'll ensure our clients receive exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.</div><div>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead and motivate a team of house cleaners to deliver top-notch cleaning services.</li>
<li>Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.</li>
<li>Train new team members on cleaning techniques and company policies.</li>
<li>Schedule and assign cleaning tasks based on client needs.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Research for new Client and new Employee leads.</li>
<li>Implement safety protocols and best practices in all cleaning operations.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving any issues that arise during cleaning assignments.</li>

<li>Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and organization.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.</li>
