A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Test Analyst would be:

• Collaborate with business users and project teams to define application requirements.
• Design and develop test approaches, test cases, and test plans for functional, non-functional, performance, security, and API testing.
• Execute test cases, log defects, and track issues through to resolution.
• Provide results analysis, defect reports, and operational reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing with business users.
• Work closely with the Test Manager to identify and implement testing improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools for enhanced efficiency.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and proactively contribute to process improvements.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a similar testing role
• Strong experience in manual testing (automation experience is a plus!).
• Hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing.
• SQL knowledge and experience using Test Management Tools.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or claims rules testing is an advantage.
• Exposure to DevOps and iterative development practices is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Positions are available on a remote basis; however, candidates based in Cork are preferred for occasional office attendance.
