Dubai, UAE Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 AED per month We are hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for a pioneering AI technology company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and has experience building and scaling AI and tech teams. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business goals. Partner with leadership to define hiring needs for AI engineers, data scientists, and tech specialists. Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier AI and technology talent globally. Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency. Establish strong employer branding strategies to attract top candidates in the AI space. Requirements: Proven experience in AI and technology hiring, ideally within a high-growth environment. Strong network of AI, machine learning, and data engineering professionals. Ability to drive recruitment strategies at a regional and global level. Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing hiring decisions.
