Job Description:

Summary: The Finance Analyst role is focused on analyzing P&L, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate balance sheet management to support financial decision-making within the organization. The primary objective is to provide insights into financial performance and enhance reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct P&L analysis to assess financial performance.
  • Manage reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee balance sheet management activities.
  • Investigate discrepancies and breaks in financial data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting and insights.

Must Haves:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong expertise in P&L analysis and financial reconciliations.
  • Experience in balance sheet management.
  • Understanding of financial reporting beyond just reconciliations.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore at least three times a week.

Nice to Haves:

  • Accounting qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working with HSBC or similar institutions.

  • Location: Bangalore.
  • Work Schedule: At least 3 days onsite per week.
