Main Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments in locations such as stores and warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's information system.
• Support project management in ensuring project coherence and its functional architecture.
• Deliver comprehensive project documentation and specifications.
• Make recommendations for IT service development.
