Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. - Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve them. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans. - Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of our products. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Proficient in writing and executing test cases, both manual and automated. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment.
