We are pioneering the concept of a Universal AI Teammate and already have paying clients onboard. With numerous exciting use cases to explore and a hugely ambitious vision for the future, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help accelerate our journey. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver world-class AI-powered solutions that transform how teams work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision of creating a Universal AI Teammate.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to bring innovative AI products to market.
3. Lead the product development process from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and solutions.
4. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
5. Set and track product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
6. Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by user needs and business goals.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in AI, ML, or SaaS-based products.
2. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with AI technologies and trends, with a deep understanding of their potential applications.
2. Experience in building and managing AI-driven products.
3. Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
