We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join our team and help drive the success of our Universal AI Teammate platform. This role will focus on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to grow our product’s reach and adoption, making an immediate impact on our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, customer-centric messaging and positioning for our AI solutions to differentiate us in the market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and improvements, ensuring smooth launches and high adoption rates.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs; use insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted marketing initiatives and communication.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine marketing tactics to drive measurable results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a focus on AI, SaaS, or tech products.
- Strong Storytelling Ability: A natural storyteller who can simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep empathy for customers and a desire to improve their experience.
- Collaborative Attitude: Team player who can work cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment.
