We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building, maintaining, and scaling our cloud infrastructure to support our AI-powered platform. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of our systems as we grow. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and data science teams to optimize deployments, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure for our AI applications.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Implement and enhance continuous integration and deployment pipelines to streamline development processes and improve deployment frequency.
- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce deployment times.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring and alerting systems for real-time performance insights, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security through best practices and implement compliance standards for data protection.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure needs and support smooth, reliable application delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Scripting Knowledge: Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
- Monitoring Expertise: Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to maintain high system reliability.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with diverse teams.
