Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect / CX Implementation Leader to accelerate our journey. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions to our clients, ensuring seamless integration, and helping shape the future of our Universal AI Teammate. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, support our clients' evolving needs, and contribute to the broader strategic vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, understanding client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable, AI-driven customer experience (CX) solutions.
- Lead the integration of our Universal AI Teammate into client ecosystems, ensuring a smooth and impactful deployment.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client use cases.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Continuously explore and innovate around potential use cases for the Universal AI Teammate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Identify challenges and opportunities in CX implementation and recommend best practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Leader, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in mobile app development, AI, or related fields.
- Experience in CX solutions, API integration, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies and their practical applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex client needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and with clients.
