Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site EM IP OP role based in Salem. The role involves managing and coordinating emergency medical services for in-patient (IP) and out-patient (OP) care. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring patient care processes, ensuring effective service delivery, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs. The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to healthcare standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Emergency Medical Services (EM) and handling both In-Patient and Out-Patient operations
- Experience: 1+yrs
- Certification : Any certification
- Knowledge in CDI ord Drg validators are preferred, if not passion to learn in that field is expected.
- Career gap : 3 to 6 months
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare teams and patients
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare facility and adapt to dynamic environments
- Relevant experience or certifications in healthcare management and emergency response are an advantage
- Degree or diploma in healthcare management, nursing, or a related medical field is desirable
