Role Description
- Drive end-to-end project sales from lead generation to closure
- Identify and convert opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional segments
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and corporate clients
- Lead and develop the project sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement
- Coordinate with presales, technical, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, and deal closure while maintaining healthy margins
- Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical ELV solutions to diverse stakeholders and prepare professional proposals and presentations.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in ELV, security, surveillance, or related technology domains, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and supporting or guiding junior sales team members to achieve targets.
- Good understanding of ELV/IBMS Products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in ELV/security solutions sales.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
