Position Overview
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua to support our growing portfolio of technology clients. This is a backend execution-focused role, requiring precision, ownership, and strong problem-solving ability.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing campaigns, programs, and events within Eloqua while ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal errors. This role does not involve direct client interaction but requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns, programs, and events within Oracle Eloqua.
- Build and manage: Emails, Forms, Landing pages & Segments and audience lists.
- Collaborate with internal teams and project leads to understand client configurations and requirements.
- Work within client environments while ensuring adherence to data protection and operational guidelines.
- Follow strict QA processes to ensure first-time-right execution.
- Avoid editing approved or live assets; maintain proper sandbox and draft practices.
- Prevent segmentation errors and unintended edits in live campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy across campaign flows, targeting, and content execution.
- Identify and flag issues such as: Copy errors, Campaign inconsistencies & Data targeting misalignments.
- Escalate concerns proactively and suggest improvements.
- Document processes and contribute to scalable, repeatable workflows.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in: Campaigns, programs, and workflows, Event modules, Email, forms, and landing page creation, Segmentation and audience management.
- Experience working with sandbox/testing environments.
- Ability to manage high campaign volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on error-free execution.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and continuously improve.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Ability to understand end-to-end campaign objectives.
- Proactive in identifying gaps instead of just executing instructions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Exposure to event-heavy campaign setups and integrations.
- Understanding of PII compliance and data governance best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
