Typically, 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, application integration, or enterprise
solution development.
We are particularly interested in high-performing engineers from:
• Product engineering organizations.
• Banking, fintech, or enterprise software companies.
• Technology consulting organizations with strong engineering practices.
Strong experience in several of the following is preferred:
• Java and enterprise application development.
• REST APIs and API integration.
• Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Application and data integration.
• Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• SQL, data processing, and distributed systems.
• Enterprise integration frameworks and microservices architecture.
• Basic understanding of security, networking, and SaaS architecture.
Exposure to banking or core banking platforms will be an added advantage.
